Road & Sidewalk Work:

The sections of our sidewalks that were damaged from tree roots were replaced by the end of 2007.  

Our entire road system was completely repaved in 2008 and should continue to give us good service. 

If however, you notice any problems such as uplifted sidewalks or pot holes in the roads, please contact our Management Company. 

Hopefully, we can avoid injuries by early reporting.
