It’s Charter included a dedication to creating social events for the neighborhood, community outreach programs and a welcome embrace to all newcomers to the neighborhood.

The Social Committee is here to facilitate opportunities for the neighbors to meet and find groups of neighbors with similar interests.

Our most successful annual events have been:

·        Halloween Party;

·        Easter Egg Hunt;

·        Kids Santa Christmas Party;

·        Adult Cinco de Mayo;

·        Teen Social Events;

·        Annual Block Party, which is so far - our most popular event.

Pictures from these events can be viewed under the "Scheduled Events" tab as well as at any scheduled social events. 

The Social Committee has successfully produced the Waterford Pointe Directory to share with residents.  The Social Committee, in conjunction with the new Management Company, will provide a Directory and a Welcome Pack to each new resident. These packets will provide relevant local community information, HOA information, Service Provider Contact Information, List of current Restaurants and Retailers.

Our Outreach Program has assisted the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Arnold Palmer Hospital as well as the Orlando Kids Crisis Center.  Pictures of our participation in these wonderful programs are also on the website under the Scheduled Events tab.
